The RAF have a service area who receive a wide variety
and volume of tasks, execute them and then report back
to the customer with the results and various measurements
on ROI and cost benefit analysis. They were required
to show their time bookings and projects in more detail
and demonstrate post implementation reviews.
For their own purposes they were also interested in
forward loading on the department, resources and by
project and to inform staff automatically when they
were assigned to tasks, this functionality forms the
basis of myWebTime.
